128Kbps is a too poor encoding quality for this specific kind of audio file since binaural frequencies are used... 320 LAME CBR (and not VBR!) should be used or non destructive codecs (FLAC).
so if you have the original material please this is better to post it again that way.

Binaural only means STEREO - this recording isn't ripped as MONO or the pointles 'Joint Stereo' mode (both channels out of each speaker).
Don't get me wrong, i rip everything at 320 (and create at 48000khz and record in Aiff) only lower if it is spoken word.
The actual 'effects' of this recording will not be diminished. It has no (to my knowledge) subliminal audio which although unrecognised IS picked up by the human ear.
And mp3 compression does remove KNOWN frequencies inaudible (completely inaudable by the human ear ie dosen't resonate against the 3 bones inside the ear itself. (I cant spell cockleier at the moment correctly.)
All in all i wouldn't worry too much as this is NLP not subliminal suggestions.
And if it helps further the most effective recording of 'healing' i have is a 10 year tape of a tape of a tape for cleansing chakras and that is possibly the most "powerful" 'thing' i have out of many.
I'd imagine this being a niche market the original ripper decided on 128kbits to encourage sales - 'if you like, pls buy' moto.
On that note Thanks for some great books/recordings. Would love to see more of this style of shares. RE hypnotising women :) hmmm you either got it or you dont...

btw i'm an honors degree student in audio science, i maybe wrong as the above is the 1st couple of weeks study.... i do know that if you listen to 128kbits music or? on £20 headphones or £100 speakers & a £200 amp with the standard pc audio output rather than a dedicated soundcard/audio interface you aren't going to notice much difference no mater what codec you use.
