For the visualization of the blog your browser must have support with javascript (is the most important thing). For check if your javascript is activated look in this link (search for Generic JavaScript support).

There are two studies which appear to show positive outcomes from use of the technique, but another study has demonstrated that this is the result of a placebo effect.
